Just up on Raw Story, Lawyers now say Fitz has secured an indictment. Reuters also reporting that an announcement will come tomorrow at the expiration deadline.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Special counsel Patrick Fitzgerald does not plan to act in the CIA leak case on Thursday, a spokesman said, setting the stage for the prosecutor to make a last-minute announcement on indictments before the grand jury expires on Friday.

For those who haven't figured it out yet, this case will take another couple of years perhaps before it is over. Fitz has the WH all teed up and he's ready to hit a long drive.
But it won't be a hole-in-one.
Like the Gov. Ryan case in Illinois, tomorrow is only the beginning. Before he finally indicted the Big Cheese in Illinois Fitz had already indicted 65 previous officials. Going from the bottom up, right to the top, flipping one after the other.
What does this mean for tomorrow? What do I mean Fitz has teed up the WH?
Here's what I now believe will happen tomorrow. In dramatic fashion, Fitz will reveal much of what he has been working on, possibly including an unclassified summary of the CIA Damage Assessment, then he will announce the indictments--and then he will announce that the Grand Jury has been extended another 6 months.
Here is a Chicago Tribune timeline from the Governor Ryan case so you know what to expect--given the reality of that long, drawn-out process.
This will likely be just as long a case. And the visits to the neighbors shows he's even going after the Intelligence Identities Act charge!
